1. How to Buy at your website?


Order at our website directly, or contact us let us know what custom product you need if you can't found on our website, we can custom original oil paintings by Independent Artists and Galleries with affordable price.



2. What payments do you accept?


We accepts Paypal, Wise, Payoneer, Wire Transfer, MoneyGram etc, if you want to pay by other payment, please contact us freely.



3. Can I do payment by check?


Very sorry, we currently do not accept checks.



4. Can I make order on COD?


We are very sorry, We do not accept COD orders.



5. Can I change or cancel my order?


Yes, you can, but it have to happen before we send ship order out or our artists starting produce your order products. 



6. Where can orders be shipped, do you accept Dropshipping?


We can ship to the address in your account , also you can contact us, send us the shipping information. We accept Dropshipping, you offer address we ship. 



7. How many countries can you ship to?


We can ship to over 150 countries, our delivery partner are FedEx, DHL, EMS, UPS, USPS etc.



8. Can my shipping address be changed?


Yes, you can contact us change the shipping address before we ship your order out.



9. Will I get taxes from customs when package arrive?


Only sometimes, packages will be spot checks by the customs, may be have to pay taxes or other fees. 



Order Return and Excchanges



1. How to do before make returns?


Please contact us prior to sending your return, we will send to you our return shipping address to you.



2. Do I have to pay for the shipping cost of my returns?


If we have not sent you the incorrect item, you will be responsible for all return shipping fees. Your return must be shipped back to us via a tracked and insured carrier, as we cannot be liable for any lost or misrouted returns. Please contact us for our return address. 


Please write "Return, No Commercial Value" on the shipping label, or your package risks being sent back to you by customs. 


If you want to exchange or return an item, first email us explaining why. Wait for our reply before sending the product back.  


All returns must be in the original packaging, with no defacement, or we cannot issue an exchange/refund.
