3. Account on our website  

When you register on our site, you are responsible for maintaining your account and password confidential. You are also responsible for any account that you have access to, if you authorized the use, but we do not allow abuse of accounts. If we find an abused account, we will delete it immediately. You will promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your accounts. We do not have access to your account password, and for security reasons, we can only reset your password by email.

4. Taxes and Other Charges  

All prices indicated on this website do not include any or all of the international duties, taxes, or other customs charges that the shipment may incur when it arrives at its final destination.  

5. Return Policy   

If we ship the wrong item or order to you, we will bear the shipping cost. If we do not ship the wrong item to you, you are responsible for all return shipping costs and your order must be shipped back via an insured and trackable shipping method as we shipped as we cannot be held liable for any lost or misdirected returns, and please contact us to get our return address.

Please indicate on the package shipping bill "Return, No Commercial Value" or there is a customs risk that your package will be returned back to you.  

If you want to make an exchange or return, please email us with a brief description of why you want to return or exchange your item. Please do not send back the item until you receive a response from us, thank you.  

All items must be returned to us in original packaging and condition or a return/exchange will not be issued.  

After we receive your return package, allow up to 48 hours for your refund or exchange to be processed.
